Nice, small mall. Coffee (Starbucks), grocery (Albertsons), pizza, sandwich, couple of banks, great clips. Across the street there is a gas station.
Was enjoying it all until "Carputzy" the local dingbat walked in and started locking eyes with my friends boyfriend. He was so disgusted that he vowed never to wear his spandex shorts ever again.
Gina pizza, Asian box and icecream store is great. Albertson is also good
Decent local plaza by UCI campus. I typically come here for my haircut at Great Clips.
Great place to hang out with friends and family. You will see a lot of UCI students here. This spot is in Irvine and is a pretty pricey. Nothing here is for two bucks at all. It is a clean area where parking spaces are limited during rush hour. Come here on a college night and there won't be any spots left.
