A wide variety of shops, legit selection of Asian restaurants, 99 Ranch Market grocery, bakery, and many others. It can get very busy with a full parking lot but can usually find a space. You will not leave hungry after visiting this plaza...food and drinks galore.
Lots of good restaurants and stores. Parking is fine until dinner time but even at its busiest there is usually still parking near the larger stores like 99 ranch and the pet store. Some of the restaurant spots seem to change yearly but usually thier replacements are just as good.
Very beautiful community, clean and well maintained. Fun to walk around here, shop, eat, gym, gas and more. Enjoy a beautiful day.
Attractive shopping plaza all year long. Featured by the popular Taiwanese/Chinese/Eastern Asian grocery store 99 Ranch Market etc. Too popular to park easily during holiday seasons and weekends. Many Taiwanese/Chinese customers may drive long way to hear to their grocery shopping.
Great shopping area. I love the landscaping design and everything is well maintained. Just about everything you'll ever need you'll find in the shopping center.
