Decent mall. Starbucks coffee, grocery store, gas, some restaurants. Lots of parking so no worries there. Good easy lay out so you can get to where you want to go. Across the street from office buildings.
Nice and convenient shopping place. Almost every thing is there. Places are excellent. Good for family shopping experience. You get almost everything. From pin to Elephant. Ha ha ha it is close to true
Not much variety here. It's good if you're looking for OK food without a wait and an easy parking situation. The gas station in this shopping center is one of the busiest in Irvine; there's always a huge wait to pump gas or wash your car.
I came to the US Bank location in the Albertsons grocery store here. Nice and easy banking location to pop into. I opened an account here and the Banking Teller was very nice & knowledgeable!! Alexa helped me decide on the best account for me and made sure I got their promotional products that were offered at the time!! $200. cash back over 4 months when I use my account!!
