Great place for small groups. They don't have a lot of seating and there's usually a small wait, but it is well worth it. You have to go up to the register to order once you're ready to, but they'll bring the food to you. They have wet wipes for people who eat with their hands, and a water station as well. Other drinks are available. Their sauces are offered either mixed in or on the side. Their kimbap rice roll came with 10 pieces. Their rice cake dishes have options for extra cheese for a dollar which is totally worth it.

This is super wasteful. Also, why are the cups is so small? well I'm eating your salty food, I need water which means I have to continually get up to get some.One thing I think can be fixed is tipping at the beginning of the meal. This means no incentive to make patron experience enjoyable, or even convenient.The reason I might be a little unfair in this review is because I recently found out it was fast food. So maybe support service should be expected?
I could probably eat here everyday, but that would be unhealthy lol, so instead I'll just give a big FIVE STARS and highly recommend! My favorites are the chicken bites, spam kimchi fried rice with cheese on top, and any of the kimbaps. It's all delicious, but I think if you try these three things you definitely won't be disappointed. The wait can be long at times, but I really don't even mind because I love the food that much. You can also order take-out if you are short on time or don't want to wait. The service is also always super friendly and food is served fast.
Reviewing one star because of the telephone orders. It is extremely hard to hear over the telephone with lots of background noise. And coming here and my order came out wrong. They said "the thing is, we always review the order over the phone" understood, but it would make it easier for us customers if we were able to hear very clearly which was a need that was not being met. I felt rushed when I was ordering over the phone.
Worst service ever. They are not polite and food is not good. You had better buy instant food at xion market. It tastes better!
