Lovely place to stay staff very helpful
Just not long home from the opening weekend of Nelly's kitchen. Food was superb! Not 1 complaint at all. Staff were so friendly and accomodating. Looking forward to having this place as our local!

Please have a look at your room properly before booking. Just off phone to James Hill New owner and my goodness he has such an attitude. Slaging my disability on phone call. We stayed here on 12th of January 2019 executive room no 15 in older building. When we arrived to book in staff asked if we would like dinner as chef was leaving early this was at 3:30pm. Then staff member took us to other building and that was it. We went in room and TV was hanging off wall. Piece of plywood holding base of bed together. Holes all along wall. Dust and dirt all over. Mould in bathroom. Jacuzzi in bathroom was hole reason I booked as have fibromyalgia and it's supposed to be good for pain well I couldn't even use it as smell that came from jets was repulsive. I paid 86 for this room. James Hill customer service and management skills are none existent. I also have pictures of room.
The most luxurious 2 nights Ive had in a long time. I was in the luxury Suite with giant jacuzzi bath and sole access to the sauna. When I could pry myself away from those two (surprisingly not shrivelled to prune state or steamed like a giant ham!) I had fantastic food in the restaurant served with great chat from the brilliantly friendly hotel staff, before conking out on the bed which was almost too comfortable to leave. Was originally booked in for one night, loved it that much I booked a second night there and then :-)
