super convenient and has it all. Very nice and elegant place. Prices are higher than other places but quality is unmatchable..
The manager, Dominic, was very rude. I went there to return a pair of shoes I got for my 6 year old daughter and, apparently, the guidelines for a return/exchange policy is that it cannot be worn and you have to return it in 90 days. When I asked him where the policy is, he said that they dont have one anywhere. Thats ridiculous! Also employees including managers needs smile more! Never shopping there again.
This store is so much more superior than the South Coast Plaza location.The South Coast Plaza staff including the Manager should take a field trip to the Nordstrom - Irvine Spectrum location for some training in customer service skills.I avoid South Coast Plaza Nordstrom, as they have some very rude emoyees.
I heard the return policy is great for Nordstrom... that was false. tried exchanging shoes I have never worn because they were too small, for a size up and they wouldnt exchange them because I didn't have a box or receipt(it was a gift), despite the shoe having the original tag and packaging stuffing
The parking situation right outside Nordstrom is a major pain. But once you're inside, it's very clean, organized and the associates from all departments are quiet helpful. I usually buy online and pick up in the store, or I'll run in quickly for mascara. Be sure to register for rewards too!
