AWFUL customer service. Bought a $50 pair of defective flip flops and they refused to exchange them or help me in any way. Worthless. Pick any other store but this place.

Good selection. Poor service. But it's clothes for youth, staffed by youth, what more do you expect. Don't give them attitude and it's OK. I'f u wanted perfect service you'd be at nieman Marcus.
