Best buy is pretty consistent. If you stop but the entertainment section there's always a sales person there trying to get you to buy something, but if you go into the electronics area good luck looking for help when you do want to buy. Inventory seems to be a problem as well still so you then end up just buying from Amazon.
Best Buy in general does not guarantee their products. I bought a 9.9 cubic foot refrigerator from Best Buy and it broke 1 1/2 years later. They would not even come out to look at it. They said it was to small and that I had to bring it in. You need a truck and 2 people to move this thing around. That's how "small" it was

Paul is the kind of employee who needs to be promoted because he is able to solve customer unusual problems.In this specific case, he was working with a customer who spent over $6,000. Paul needed and received approval from Management to make a 1% adjustment. Paul gets things done. Thank you Paul.
Nice quiet store. It is best to buy in-store rather than pickup. I had to deal with an old slow man that obviously didn't have a clue about his job. Ither than that, the other employees were friendly and helpful.
I love Best Buy. One of that last remaining electronics retail stores around, and happens to be one of the best. They carry a large amount of items and all are the latest from various manufacturers. I have seen a big push for their employees to provide good service over the last few years, so there is always someone around who is willing to help answer your questions, help you find something, or even ring you up for your purchase at different counters around the store so you don't have to wait in line. I have been a Best Buy junkie since they first opened their doors, and I just don't see that changing any time soon.
