I came here after it been recommended by a really close friend.I paid for scrub/massage (70 minutes) combo but I only received the scrub and my treatment was only 55 minutes. Angie touch my back with her elbow couple times, she constantly was leaving me alone on the massage table and was distracted talking with other women around her. After I was dressed I went to the front desk to complain, front desk lady went looking for the manager. When the manager finally arrived she smells like an ashtray. The cigarette smell was so bad I had to step back. The manager stated that it wasn't possible that Angie wouldn't do her job. Then she said she would need to speak with her as if I was lying. After all the complaint was pointless, the manager didn't do anything. What a joke!I had one of the worst experiences ever.
Wonderful way to beat the stress and do self-care. If you are modest this is not the place for you! Way to relax and unwind with a roomful of salt bricks cleansing the air and opening up you lungs naturally!!
This place was amazing. I have been looking for someplace like this in the USA and here it is! Super legit, no frills, authentic atmosphere for a regular relaxation routine at a reasonable price.
This is a wonderful spa. Very clean. The staff is friendly. The services are very good. Note this is an all nude spa on the gender side. It is also family friend friendly. In the co-ed side you wear uniforms rather than a robe. They do not allow bathing. The services are korean-style services meaning not European scrub. they scrub with loofah gloves instead you will feel amazing I highly recommend the service. The massage is good as well. The place features a restaurant. and has multiple hot areas as well as cold areas both bath areas sauna spa dry sauna wet sauna. You can stay here for hours and get lost best to bring a friend.
Go to Irvine Spa. It is a fantastic place. I wanted a steam sauna. They have that and much more. I had a body scrub, something new for me. It felt good and my skin was nicer afterwards. I needed a haircut, and the barber took care of all of the details for just $20 (and I gave him a $10 tip for such good work). The saunas and jetted pools (hot, medium and cold, the same three the Romans had) are nice, and they provide standing and sitting showers, shaving cream and razors, shampoo, tooth brushes, plenty of towels, hair dryers and nice locker rooms (with TV lounges!). The salt room, forest room, aromatic spice room, super hot room, and refrigerated room in the common area (everyone has the shirts and shorts they supply) are well done and people of all ages are enjoying the facility. The coffee shop and restaurant are good. I will go at least once or twice a month. They also offer massages, but require you to wear goofy disposable shorts. It is much nicer than the similar facilities in Los Angeles, as Irvine is much nicer than LA.
