When it was a temporary thing, there prices were great, but now that it is a semi-permanent establishment, the prices aren't much better than a sale in the regular store.
Poorly managed store. Management with attitude. Such a tarnish on RH brand!Returned a couch due to having allergies, money was not refunded. Was asked to come in to talk to do the refund in store vs. over the phone.Have stopped by twice. Management is too busy to refund my $5000! While I accrue interest! Will now need to be back for the 3rd time. Hoping they find time to process my refund!!!Unbelievable.
Restoration hardware is so ridiculously expensive that even these items with a big discount are all overpriced. Best thing to get here? Towels, linens, and some decor. Ive always noticed their furniture looking dirty and a little beat up and are still thousands of dollars. I dont get it

Kind of an odd location and store The sign up front is just a large banner like a pop up Christmas decorations shop in a mall. The furniture is broken at times but most of it is fine. My gripe is that the furniture is only marked off like 30%. Its just another case of full price stores disguised as outlets. Most of my furniture is restoration but the prices here are hardly a sale. Seriously. Just buy the stuff second hand or new from a retailer. Avoid this outlet
