The service was great with same day delivery! The sales person who assisted us was wonderful and so helpful. He was patient and knowledgeable about each product. We purchased our couches that day as a result.

Went here looking for a couch that was NOT covered in gross, synthetic polyester fabric. Was told by a sales person that I could order a couch and have it recovered in any fabric, at no extra charge, it would just take longer to have it made - about 2-3 weeks. I was ecstatic. What a great offer. Went back the following weekend to pick one out and was told by someone else that that wasn't the case at all. They do not custom upholster their sofas and most of their fabrics ARE in fact polyester. What a complete letdown. I will not shop here again. Found a better couch at Ashley Furniture and they were wonderful to work with.
I was pleasantly surprised at the service I received when I visited the Irvine store. It was just the right amount of attention. I was greeted when I entered and asked what I was looking for. Then I was led to the right area and left alone to browse. The salesman checked in with me periodidically but didn't hover. The only reason I'm not giving 5 starts is that the salesman couldn't give me care instructions for the leather sofa I was considering.
