I visited this office while out of town for work because of an emergency issue. I have to say that every person in this office was so genuinely caring and it was very unexpected. They all did everything to make sure I got in quickly. I was amazed at how nice Dr Wu was and honest and even gentle with taking care of me. It was a scary experience but everyone was there to comfort me. I will never forget their hospitality.
I have been coming to Spectrum Dental Group for the past two years and I am very happy with Dr. Wu, Dr. Chen, Jackie, Lizzy, and the rest of the staff here. In the past two years, I've had regular teeth cleaning, check-ups, and two gum graft procedures here. Usually, I'm not a big fan of dental procedures but I must say that the friendliness of the staff here makes me feel at ease. Dr. Wu offers great advice on keeping that nice bright shining smile on your face and Dr. Chen's surgical skills are top notch. My two gum graft procedures all went very smoothly.Jackie is very prompt at calling my insurance and getting me an accurate quote as fast as possible. I've never had any surprises at checkout. I would definitely keep coming here and refer my friends and family.
I would highly recommend Dr. Wayne Wu at Spectrum Dental Group. He is very professional and knowledgeable in his line of work. One of the key point which I respect the most is that he really explains the details of the x-rays and concerns and never once felt he was every trying up-sale me additional dental work or products I really don't need (my past dentist(s) seem to always be pushing something on me). The front desk lady Jaquelin and the staff is very friendly, the office is extremely clean, has high-end and up-to-date digital equipment and very well organized. It's nice to find a dentist who you can trust and is looking out for your best interest of all your dental needs. Thank you Dr. Wu!
Spectrum Dental is by far the best dental practice I have ever gone to. I went 3plus years without seeing a dentist due to my extreme dental fear and past bad experiences with other dentist. After 3 years without seeing a dentist I had some work that needed to be done fillings, a crown and a good cleaning. Since my last dentist hurt me I was nervous about allowing another dentist do work on my mouth. Dr. Wu gave me several options to help ease my fear and discomfort while I got my treatment completed. I opted to use nitrous or "laughing gas" on my visits to help ease me though it. Dr. Wu and his staff always on every visit went above and beyond to make sure my comfort was their number one priority. Throughout my treatment they made sure I was numb and comfortable and gave me several breaks to relax. I have completed all my dental work with Dr. Wu and I couldn't have been treated better. I have now been a patient for 2 years and will never go anywhere else. Seriously the best dental team I have ever had.
My previous dentists always had a problem numbing my teeth before working on them. I will bring this to their attention and after trying deferent stuff they still couldn't figure it out. The last thing you want is to have your dentist work on your teeth while you're feeling everything. Unfortunately I had to experience that. After explaining this to Dr.Wu he was determined to find out why. Dr.Wu took his time and after a few minutes he was able to find the problem. This is the first time I had work done on my teeth pain free. Dr.Wu was able to find the solution that 3 of my previous dentists couldn't figured out.
