I have been seeing Dr. Jeffrey Kim for the last 5 years. I am not sure why there is negative reviews regarding Dr. Jeffrey Kim and the Front Desk Staff which I can attest those reviews. Dr. Kim is genuinely interested in helping his patients and he was even able to get me into his office even though he had a booked schedule when I complained about a pain I had in my lower jaw after having a fish bone scrapped a chunk of my gum. I would say I do not like going to the dentist since they try to up-sell you on procedures which is not necessary but when I came to Dr. Kim's office and having a conversation with him. I could tell he was going to my life Long Dentist. Whenever I go to his office for my 6 month cleaning, Dr. Kim is really soft in hand to not put too much pressure. I have experienced Dentist who will put all their strength when cleaning my teeth and those or not enjoyable. The Front Desk Staff is really polite and tries her best to accommodate my busy work schedule which is awesome especially when your missing part of your work schedule to go in. I highly recommend Dr. Jeffrey Kim and his Staff.
I've been seeing Dr Kim for 25 years. Now my wife and 2 kids see him regularly. He has superb skill and ethics. Never once, I feel he's trying to up sell unnecessary work. I introduced dr kim to a cowork who was told he needed $3000 worth of work by another practice, he had his teeth fixed for about $1000 at Dr Jeffrey Kim.
I don't understand some of these reviews, but I can only attest to my experience. Dr Kim has been caring for my teeth - and my family's teeth - for over 20 years. I went to him as a kid and I'm a mom now and my husband and my kids and I still go see him if we're ever in town. My parents still go see him. He's the best. He doesn't try to sell you things you don't need, is super fair and honest, and has a relaxed manner that puts me at ease. The dental hygienists and reception people are really nice too. Plus, if this is important, the office speaks Korean as well as English. Thank you, Dr Kim!!(And no, I'm not related to him - just another person with the last name Kim. There are a ton of us.)
differently 0 star.i would not return.this place is totally ripped off. receptionist is so rude. never smile, always had bad breath.... dr kim always charged me so much.especially Koreans, Asians be carefull. compare the price with others
zero starthis place is horrible. DO NOT GO THERE.THEY CHARGE ME $800 FOR SINGLE TREATMENT. my insurance told me they will law sue this place.receptionist is terribly unfriendly. after first visit you have to wait at least 2weeks for next appointment.seems like they have so much money and don't care about the customer.
