horrible experience! my husband had his car washed here and the machine broke his car's windshield wiper. they said the manager will give us a call in 2 days for repair. that didn't happen! we called them 2 times only voice mail! they had one simple task to do and they failed on every level!
Dont go. They damaged my cars rear wiper and also filed the incident with them. They never called me to arrange for repair. They never said sorry or anything.
Great service when I could utilize this location - when I no longer could - I called to cancel - and - they cancelled my service over the phone. I was always impressed by the quality of their helpful service - even when I had to cancel. Irvine location team is wonderful!
just for the comment below... a car wash wouldn't damage your valve stem. your just trying to come up on an easy buck. if it broke there, you wouldn't have been able to leave...
Come to this place if you want to get your tires popped and valve stem or your day ruined. My front tire was completely trashed right after getting out of their car wash tunnel and I had to get the sensor and valve stem replaced at the shop. Worst of all, their employees denied having anything to do with this and refused to cover the repair cost. The valve stem on the tire was entirely cut off so it won't hold any air in. The place isn't doing an honest or responsible business. It is not worth it to spend as high as 20 dollars just to risk your tires!!!
