Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!! This car wash is a total rip off! Please read everyones comments and look at their ratings before you decide to waste your money and time. Instead of wasting my time and money on this car wash I wish I had spent those resources telling people to not go here at all. Seeing my car still dirty I told them and they completely ignored, they guy who was doing the inside of the car had no interest and when I showed him that my car was not even vaccummed properly, the response was the vacuum guys must have forgotten it.
This was a couple years ago. My car was pretty dirty going in, so I picked a higher tier wash. It still had dirt on the roof and hood afterwards, so I mentioned it repeatedly to the towel guys. They walked away without looking at me or acknowledging that I had even spoken, so presumably they don't speak any English. I went inside and they agreed to run it through again, which took an extra twenty minutes. It came out cleaner but not as clean as I expected. Then the towel guys were uninterested in drying the car. I found a young man drying another car and intercepted him after he finished drying another vehicle. He did an acceptable job and got a proper tip. I've never been back, but it's always busy when I drive by on weekends.
They were so nice and let my little girl use the bathroom! Thank you thank you thank you!
I would have given this place zero stars. I have never been to a place that is so disrespectful and unworthy of business. First of all, the staff is beyond rude. When I told the guy who took my car that I just wanted a basic wash, he literally rolled his eyes at me. After I paid I decided to go across the street to get some starbucks because it looked like there were a lot of people waiting in front of me. When I got back, they were barely finishing drying my car so I asked the guy if they were done and he said yes so I asked if I could have my keys. He very angrily yelled at me "I need your reciept!". It was an honest mistake on my part, I never get my car done at places like this. So I pulled out mine and my boyfriends reciepts (he was getting his car done too) and before I could give him just mine he snatched both out of my hands and walked away. I called after him to tell him he took both but he just ignored me. What happened next took this awful service to the next level. I went back to my apartment, which is a one minute drive away, expecting my boyfriend to be right behind me. He did not show up for 20 minutes. The workers parked cars all around him to block his car in and ignored him when he asked them if they could move one so he could get out. He then resorted to asking one of the car owners if he could move his car to get out and the guy literally told him to f*** off. So my boyfriend then found the manager and asked him to help out with the situation to which the manager simply replied "you shouldn't have made us wait for you" even though they were not even done with his car by the time we got back from across the street! And might I add that even if they did have to wait for us, they have separate parking spots for customers they are waiting on. Basically, everyone working there is rude beyond belief (except for the cashier). And it is also true that the actual cleaning service they provide is extremely basic and not worthy of the cost. They don't even vacuum! You'd probably be happier just going to a gas station automatic car wash for the same cleaning service for less than half the price and you won't have to deal with being treated so poorly!
The only reason I went to this place is they have a good location. They dont even vacuum the carpet. When its finished, my carpet still had Little Rock on it. Not recommend at all
