Claire and the vet nurses looked after my Boris brilliantly when he had to have a lump removed from his lower eyelid. The team are friendly and can't do enough for you. The vets talk to you like you are an adult and are not patronising. The vet nurses are compassionate and knowledgable and make you feel at ease. Would highly recommend Vets4Pets Irvine. I've had some awful experiences with some other vets in the area, -cough- mbm, who are very patronising and their customer service skills are pretty shocking too when dealing with euthanasia.
Not a bad word to say. Have taken my two cats here and would take any other pets I might have in future.
Took my long haired cat in for a Lion cut as he was badly matted, the Vet I saw told me he would need and have this and it would be carried out under General Anaesthetic. Took him in on the morning of his appointment but when he was brought home to me later on they had assured the person collecting him there were no knots or mats left on him, they had simply cut a big uneven patch from his fur on his back above the tail, he had other patches on him where they had scissored his fur in places presumably to remove knots! He came home a complete mess, bald uneven patches cut from him no professional Lion cut which he needed according to the Vet he initially saw. Whats worse I discovered 5 large knots on his chest and belly areas the same night 4 of which I had to cut out myself. For a fee of 90 plus the stress of a GA for him after being starved this is far from satisfactory! I will now need to take him elsewhere to have the rest of his coat seen to properly which for a housebound disabled person is not easy to do, my cat is very easily stressed so guess what he will need another GA for the completion of work to his coat. I have now changed Veterinary Practice
Went to Vets4pets to have a look as we have just moved back to the area. It was only supposed to be a visit to get some knowledge of their practice, but due to the service we received from the knowledgeable and friendly front line staff we decided to join the practice.Having since having to take our dog to them at short notice we are so glad we did join, once again the service and detailed information was second to none.I would certainly recommend them to anyone.
Massive thanks to the team who looked after my boys (Angus & Hamish) so well while they were in to get neutered. Im a bit dramatic & was worried sick about them but have found the service & aftercare outstanding!!! Special shout out to Laura, the customer care manager & kya (please forgive me if ive spelled that wrong), a student vet nurse for their aftercare info & dealing with a very neurotic pet owner. Well done guys, keep up the good work. Xx
