Everyone is rude. They wouldn't return items from location in LA because the tax was different. If you buy online items that are on promotion you can't return them as well even if they don't fit. Half of my items were delivered in poor condition(extremely wrinkled) the beach towels ordered were extremely thin And felt like a velour track suit instead of terry cloth. I wasn't able to return them as well because they're accessories. I totally understand have strict return policies on clothes purchased in store but to restrict items purchased online is just ridiculous. If I would have known the quality of some of the items prior to my purchase I wouldn't have ordered them. The girls in the store were terrible told me to leave before I was done explaining that none of that information was stated on the online receipt, they kept pointing to the in store receipt and the sign on the register(which is pretty much hidden also) they wouldn't give me their names and said to call customer service. This experience reminds me why I shop at Nordstrom's and spend the extra money. At the end of the day I understand that people abuse return policies but when items are unworn with tags and I have the receipt well with the return policy it would be nice to be treated like a human and not told to leave like I'm causing a scene. Also something that was so frustrating was that the store manager rolled her eyes twice interrupted me and didn't take into account that the policy she was telling me wasn't printed on my receipt. She also told her employees not to give me her name over the walkie talkie. I loved grabbing my households basics from this store but will now spend the extra money else where just so I never support this brand.
