Clean enough. I am getting tired of the repeativiely awkward service at the ticket booth - many times they have given me misinformation and tried to trick me to use my points by saying I could get a free popcorn - I earned those points from frequenting the establishment and I'm saving them for a movie ticket, I'm not wasting it on popcorn and gaining calories I dont need! Free implies no work and everyone gets one until it runs out or the deal ends!

Concierge Don Whittaker, as well as the rest of the team, was excellent. They gave us many great tips on visiting D.C. and very personable. The omelettes were great. The location is very convenient. Expensive for the location, but easy walk to Metro. The tie - in to the Hilton Club makes the stay at either fairly easy.
Convenient location, easy to access, parking and buy a ticket. Many restaurants are near the theater. Pretty clean inside and restrooms are good and not small. It is a good place for the movie lovers.
Staff is amazing!! Great location. There is not long lines. The prices are getting a little high so a matinee is best or get Movie Pass if you see 3 movies a month. Clean facility which is very important!
