John Slotoghan is supposedly a "manager" and refuses to divulge who his supervisor is after repeated requests, I will be sending a letter to Sacramento headquarters. The CA BOE has changed their website and stopped sending out filing date notices and login codes, apparently I'm supposed to be clairvoyant and know when it's due and know the login credentials, the last 15 years I have received notifications. The last two quarts no notifications, the state stole $330 in late fees which hasn't been returned last quarter and once again, we are filing two weeks late because NO NOTIFICATION, NO LOGIN CREDENTIALS. Government reject John, just told me "I guarantee my IQ is higher than yours". Been eating paint chips again John? They hire bozos here with no power and no actual solutions just the runaround
If you want to go out of business try paying you sales tax with the boe in Irvine. You will get so frustrated by the lack of help you will just want to give up owning your own business. They changed there web site around to apparently make it more difficult for anyone who had finally figured out how to use the old version. Whos bright idea was that???? Thanks for making it impossible to PAY YOU on time.If it was easy to pay most people here at the boe of Irvine would be out of a job its in there best interest to make if difficult to pay sales taxes.i recommend not starting up any business just work for someone else so you never have to deal with this, I feel so sorry for anyone that has to try to pay there sales taxes through the boe of Irvine. Super super disappointing just sad and unprofessional waste of time joke of a way to operate.
