Absolutely delighted with the service, my dad took a tumble and bled profoundly onto his new cream carpet, Tom attended shortly after I phoned and managed to remove all trace, brilliant, would highly recommend.
Absolutely nothing bad to say about this company, professional doesn't even cut it. Tom came out when he stated and was always nice and early. spoke to us as if we had been friends for years and took amazing care for us. cleans all carpets we requested very thoroughly and with such care, cleaned the skirting boards, 're gripped the carpets, free door mat which the wife loves and a bonus never ate all my good biscuits with his tea! Came back round a few days later as we contacted him about a bit of the carpet that never looked right, ran over it to make sure there was no issues without any problems and explained exactly what was happening. We were learning as the service progressed. Customer aftercare is absolutely perfect and the price is very satisfactory! will be using him again and again for the upcoming years and events. Absolutely great job, carpets look like new. Very professional and polite also gave advice on upkeep. I had very little to do. Highly recommended and will definitely be using this service regularly.
