My dog Lucy went for cremation after we said a very sad goodbye . Few days later I got call from vet to say Lucys ashes had been returned and was to collect them . On collecting them I was very upset when i returned home to see that the beautiful presentation box had the wrong name on it. Staff reassured me that it was Lucy's ashes but I will never be convinced.
We took our Brandy there. They treated him with the respect he deserved. Were very helpful & patient. Beautiful, peaceful settings.They let me see oor beautiful boy to his chamber.Cannot fault

After a long hard week saying good bye to our beloved boy, we lost him today and with over a 45 min drive down to pcs we weren't greeted friendly at all, felt as the staff didn't not care, once we dropped our boy and a drive back in to Glasgow we get a call about 5 in the evening saying that they couldnt cremate our dog as the equipment wasn't working, it would take a week or so, which i wasnt allowing, so we managed to pick our boy back up which we very greatful for but also very upset we had to pick him back up and take him else where it's was bad enough to take him there in the first place rather than pick him back up and also seeing all the other pets at the back was also upsetting, we have found someone else who had greeted us with respect and love . Am so angry with this place as it was recommended to us AVOID, Plus I really don't think we would get our own pet back as it would have been so quick for his ashes
