I ordered a van for 5pm on a Friday, to be picked up after my work. I got there to find the given the van away. I was told that he had given the van away as I hadn't turned up. Turned out he had written the wrong time and initially tried to blame me! (Surely quick phone call would have sorted things, particularly given he bad weather). Then he said he had no other vans.Also, the price quoted on the net was a 'mistake' he told me and the price jumped by almost 10%. Needless to say, I can't recommend this shoddy company.

They were easy to deal with and they are really nice people. There is normally a fear factor in dealing with customers that don't have a great credit rating, but it was not like that with them.The vehicles they provide are good quality cars, our car is fantastic.
