This one is not for the store or product which is great.This review is on Retail operation. Who runs a retail store and doesn't have backup idea or procedures in place. So you sales associate tells us the people in just got three new register systems and there down. So what is the back up procedure when register go out? Do you have manual invoices to uses to write down sale and product info. Do you phone line and number to manually call credit card in when using a manual Invoice. What the back up plan? If I was a owner or Corp. District Manager or Regional I would be very to know that by not having a back up plans this evening at Tustin store about $150.00 sales do not get sold customer couldn't be helped and the store lost money 09/18 about 8:30pm. Was in the store til 9:23 to try and buy something but no back up plan in place to not loss sales and anger customers and the poor employees too. Not knowing what to do. Word of the day BACK UP PLAN
