I bought my e-bike from this website back in June 2017. I was sent an email confirmation saying it should be delivered in about 2 weeks. Two months later I received my bike, but it was missing the upgrades I ordered with the bike, and still have not received them 3 months later!!! This company has been completely unresponsive and seems to have dropped off the side of the Earth. I hope everything is alright, however, I'm very upset with my experience. Now my e-bike needs to be serviced and the website is down and I don't know what the warranty is!
