Food is good but not the best food in town. Worth the drive yes but service is not as fast as I want to be served.

Really good pastries the bread is so soft and always fresh! I normally order the vanilla iced latte and it is delicious! I noticed they also sell ice cream, cakes, macaroons, milk, water, sparkling water, and kid juices. Relaxing atmosphere to study or to have a pick-me-up during the midday.

Located inside Zion Market towards the back. I grabbed a ready made sandwich, pastry, and drinks. Sandwich was fresh and tasty (as expected) and my drinks were made as ordered. Staff were as expected. Smiling and courteous.

Terrible customer service. I came in with a friend during an off time. Girl charges me for a green tea latte even though I asked for Earl grey. The drinks are the same price but they seem unable to just make the drink I want so I settle on the green tea. My friend gets her drink and food. I'm still waiting for my drink when she finished hers. There has been no more drinks orders since I came in. I caught the girl's eye several times but she made no move to the drink station. I inquire about my drink and she did not seem apologetic as she said "oh.... Was it the green tea latte?" Clearly had to have her lead make the drink and he wasn't particularly apologetic either. She didn't say anything else but clearly avoided eye contact. The snacks may be tasty but they really need to work on customer service. I understand during a rush but if it is slow and you make a mistake you should really try to make amends to some degree.
